Definitions:
- The Publisher: The person, whether physical or legal, who publishes online public communication services.

You can upload your address book so we can help you find contacts within our network or allow other Users of our network to find you. We may suggest contacts to you and other network Users based on contacts imported from your address book. We may partner with companies offering incentive programs. To support this type of promotion and incentive offer, we may share your electronic identifier.

We do not collect or store any technical data from your device (IP address, Internet Service Provider, etc.).
Cookies
- Cookie Retention Duration
In accordance with CNIL recommendations, the maximum duration for storing cookies is 13 months after their first deposit on the User’s device, as well as the duration of the User’s consent to the use of those cookies. The cookie lifespan is not extended with each visit. Therefore, User consent must be renewed after this period. - Cookie Purpose

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

You expressly agree that any dispute arising from these Terms of Service, including its interpretation or enforcement, will be subject to an arbitration procedure under the rules of the selected arbitration platform, to which you will adhere without reservation.
Data Portability
The Publisher commits to offering you the option to retrieve all the data concerning you upon simple request. This ensures you have better control over your data and the ability to reuse it. The data will be provided in an open, easily reusable format.
