Chocking and anchoring

For 50 years, more than 50 000 propulsion engines, with more than 150 thousands of operating hours, have been chocked by Chockfast® process.

We have several Chockfast® resins and each one of them has specific properties in order to solve your issue. The chemical composition and the way to apply determine the chocking thickness.

However, we also have some mortars which is used for concrete reconstitution. It improves mechanical properties.

Various products are present to answer to specific demands.

Chockfast® Black PR 610 GS

Use : chocking / perfect alignment
Industries : all and marine

Thickness : 30-100mm
Mechanical properties : compressive strength 120MPa, compressive modulus of elasticity 5516MPa, chocks ++
To withhold : Severe conditions ++ (physical and thermal)

Chockfast® Orange PR 610 TCF

Use : chocking / injection / perfect alignment
Industries : all, nuclear and marine
Components : resin + hardener
Thickness : 10-50mm
Mechanical properties : compressive strength 130MPa, compressive modulus of elasticity 3675 MPa, chocks ++
To withhold : base

Chockfast® Orange PR 610/620 TS

Use : injection
Industries : all and marine
Components : resin + hardener
Thickness : 5-30mm
Mechanical properties : compressive strength 900MPa, compressive modulus of elasticity 2758 MPa, chocks ++
To withhold : long curing = one casting

Chockfast® Red PR 630

Use : grouting / anchoring

To whithhold : high volume without heating

To withhold : very fast curing at every temperature

Repair Compound 6A

Use : chocking / sealing / filling

Mechanical properties : compressive strength 61MPa
To withhold : curing 8h, great adhesion

Phillybond Orange

Use : sealing
Industries : marine
Components : resin + hardener

To withhold : sealing and deformation
